Accessibility

Questions about accessibility should be submitted to the Public Accessibility Coordinator. There is no charge to an individual or group to cover the cost of providing reasonable accommodations or modifications of policy.

To request an accommodation for a legislative meeting or bill hearing, please submit a request form to the Public Accessibility Coordinator as early as possible and no less than two business days before the meeting or hearing is scheduled (link to form). The ADA does not require the Montana Legislative Branch to take any action that would fundamentally alter the nature of services or that imposes an undue financial or administrative burden.
